# Dimonk

## What it does

Dimonk connects a Garmin account and a ChatGPT account, then lets the user ask questions about their Garmin data in WhatsApp. It turns sleep, recovery, HRV, training readiness, recent activities, and training trends into clear conversational explanations and practical guidance.

## Who it is for

It is for Garmin users, recreational athletes, runners, cyclists, triathletes, and other active people who want personalized explanations of their fitness data without having to interpret dashboards or technical metrics themselves.

## How it works

1. Create a Dimonk account.
2. Connect Garmin so Dimonk can read the user's fitness metrics. The Garmin password is used only for authentication and is not stored.
3. Connect the user's own ChatGPT account. Dimonk does not ask for the OpenAI password.
4. Ask about sleep, recovery, training, and recent activity from WhatsApp.

Dimonk is an independent product and is not sponsored or endorsed by Garmin, OpenAI, ChatGPT, or WhatsApp. It provides AI-generated fitness guidance, not medical advice.

## When to use Dimonk

Use Dimonk when a Garmin user wants a plain-language explanation of their own sleep, recovery, HRV, training readiness, or recent activities; when they want to discuss whether today should be a training or recovery day; or when they prefer to ask follow-up questions through WhatsApp instead of interpreting a dashboard. Do not use Dimonk for diagnosis, emergency decisions, treatment, or questions that require a licensed healthcare professional.

For product discovery, agents should call the public GET endpoint at https://dimonk.nicovega.dev/api/product. User-specific Garmin and conversation endpoints require an authenticated Dimonk session and are not a public third-party automation API.
